Is this when she's introducing her mom and dad to Henry Crawford?

You know....Fanny Price is a better woman than I. I don't know that I would have been able to think longterm. I probably would have swooned under the advances of the rake.

Yes - Crawford comes to meet her family and make an impression. As for running away with the rake - how often I have thought the same thing... Lol. A bad boy, yes... but he had spirit and really seemed to like her and marrying your cousin just doesn't do it for me. This is certainly a book of it's time!
